Remuneration Policy for Board members and volunteers.
1. Board members
The Ma-Flo Foundation does not reward Board members financially, in kind
or otherwise for their duties according to their functions in the Ma-Flo
Foundation.
2. Volunteers
The Ma-Flo Foundation does not reward volunteers financially, in kind or
otherwise for their duties according to their assignments or assistance
in the Ma-Flo Foundation.
3. Costs incurred for the Ma-Flo
Foundation
Board members and volunteers may claim reimbursement of costs incurred
for the Ma-Flo Foundation, e.g. materials, postage, transport costs for
goods or the like when such has been agreed upon beforehand with the
Chairperson, Secretary or Treasurer of the Foundation.
This policy has been agreed upon by the Board on 10/11/2020 and is valid till
repealed.
